If your order on AliExpress is blocked, you will receive an email explaining the specific reasons for this blockage. You can also find this information directly on your account:

  1. Go to My Orders.
  2. Click on View Details to find out why your order has been blocked.

One common reason for a blockage is a chargeback initiated on your bank account. In this case, your order will remain blocked while the verification is complete. You can contact your bank for more details on this.

  • If your bank approves the chargeback, the order will be closed and you will be fully refunded.
  • If your bank denies the chargeback, the order will be unblocked and the order process can continue.
