If you want to report a seller or a product for any reason on AliExpress, here are the steps to follow:

  1. From the product details page:
    • You can directly file a complaint on the specific product page concerned.
  2. Through the Disputes and Reports option:
    • Go to the Help section where you will find the Disputes and Reports option to submit your complaint.
  3. Through the Complaint Center:
    • Go to “My AliExpress Space” and select Complaint Center to escalate your issue.

To track the status of your report:

  • Visit My AliExpress Space, go to Manage Reports and click on My Reports.

These options allow you to report any negative experience related to a purchase and to follow the handling of your complaint efficiently.
