The product I received does not match the description. What can I do? / If the product you received does not match what was advertised, here are the steps to follow:

  1. Inspect the product upon receipt and document the issues. Take clear photos or videos showing the defects.
  2. Contact the seller to discuss the problem. You can send them a message through AliExpress’s Message Center by clicking on “Contact the seller”. Provide the images or videos as evidence.
  3. Review your previous exchanges with the seller in the Message Center to ensure that all communications are recorded.
  4. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the seller, request a return or refund within the specified return/refund period.
  5. If your order is eligible for free return service, you can return the product for free within 90 days of ordering, or within 15 or 7 days of receipt, depending on the origin of the products. Click here for more information on the free return service.
