Once your payment is verified, the seller will start preparing your order for shipment. Normally, this step takes up to 7 business days. You will find a countdown on the order page indicating the remaining time for shipment.
If the shipment exceeds this timeframe, AliExpress will intervene. The platform may close the order and refund you in full.
If you change your mind and wish to cancel the order, click on “Request order cancellation”. For cancellations after March 16, 2020, if the seller does not respond within 48 hours, the order will automatically be canceled. If the seller refuses, try to negotiate, as they may have already incurred shipping costs. For more details, visit the section How to cancel an order.
