To track your order, you need to log into your Aliexpress account. To do this, click on “Account” at the top right of the homepage menu and enter your personal identifiers (your email address or phone number and password).
Once logged in, hover over “Account” and click on “my orders“. You will then be able to view the entire history of your orders which are classified according to their status: Unpaid, In Progress, Shipped, Completed.
Next to each ordered product, you have the button “Track Order“
As soon as you click on “Track Order“, a page opens with all the details of the delivery step by step.
Furthermore, if a product ordered is not delivered after the end of the delivery period mentioned on the tracking page of your package, you have the option to request a full refund which must be honored by the seller. In any case, all sellers on AliExpress are responsible for implementing a transparent refund policy so that buyers feel reassured.
